You'll notice one order of chile seeds are described as 10+. I do the absolute best I can in bringing you the best quality seeds. There's no seed I sell that I wouldn't buy for myself. However as all gardeners are aware of, germination is never perfect. Therefore the 10+ seed number is what your paying for but you will receive 12 to 15 in a packet.
